Background Music for D&D, Vol. 1 is John Debowie's modular soundtrack for Dungeons & Dragons sessions — six tracks built around the rhythm of a typical adventure. Each piece corresponds to a specific moment at the table: Start of game sets the opening tone; Suspance and Ambient underscore exploration and roleplay; Danger signals the encounter; To the battle and Fight drive combat through its peaks.

Released in November 2023, the album is the first volume in an open series — designed to be queued by your Dungeon Master in any order, looped as needed, scaled across sessions. Twenty minutes of orchestral dungeon synth shaped specifically for tabletop role-playing games.
